Your questions, answered.

How do I get started?

If you already have a website, you may start by requesting a free audit here. Within 3 days, we'll send you a personalized, annotated redesign of a part of your website that can benefit from a rethink.  

If you do not have a website, feel free to email us with a description of your business and what you're looking for in a new website.

Within 24 hours of your purchase of a plan, you'll receive an email inviting you to a newly created project within Basecamp (our project management software of choice). This is where all future communication between us will take place. You'll be able to add to-do list items, ask questions, monitor our progress, provide feedback, and more.

What do you mean by "unlimited requests"?

We do not operate on strict statements of work. We find the nature of projects to be dynamic—new ideas often emerge at random. Rather than account for changes through alterations in a contract, we operate on a straightforward, flat monthly fee for any design work you need. You are free to submit as many design requests as you like, and pause or cancel your subscription as they are completed.

How many months subscription will I need?

It depends on the complexity and length of your project. The monthly plan is usually best for short-term one-off projects, the quarterly plan for larger website builds and redesigns, and the yearly plan for consistent website maintenance and marketing assets. Feel free to reach out to us for suggestions more specific to your situation.

What if my designs are complete before my subscription renews?

If we happen to finish designing/developing for you before your term is over, you're free to log in to your account, pause your subscription, and use what remains of it when you need us next. Your budget will not go to waste.

What if I don't like the designs?

We encourage you to share any feedback you have with us, and we'll revise the design to your liking. That being said, you are free to log in to your account at any time and cancel your subscription. If you do so within the first 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
